We record your property details, units, agreed commission rates, and owner floor prices. Everything is set up before we accept a single tenant.
Tenants are screened, booked, and checked in. Rent is collected, maintenance is coordinated, and you receive alerts for anything that needs your attention.
At month-end, your disbursement is calculated — rent collected minus commission and approved expenses — and paid to you with a full statement.

We handle sales of houses, apartments, land (plots and developed land), and commercial properties. We market the listing, charge a visiting fee for each viewing, and earn a commission when the deal closes.
For rental management, commission is a percentage of rent collected — agreed in your management contract. For sales, commission is a percentage of the final sale price. Both are fully disclosed and tracked in your monthly statement.
